A. This is due to Interference from someone else’s chime on the same frequency near to your property. Please refer to the product’s instruction manual, for the section on ‘changing the house code’. Once you have done this, the random chiming will stop.
A. Please refer to the timer instruction manual for guidance. On most of our timers you will need to charge the battery back up before changing any settings, set the current day & time and then programme your required 'ON' and 'OFF' settings. This should be done in this order.
