Q. Where can I buy an RDL meter and/or spares?
A. When the company RDL went into administration, a different company to GreenBrook bought the meters part of the business. You can contact 'RDL Meters' on Tel: 01803 697603.

Q. Why does my door chime keep going off when no-one is pressing the bell?
A. This is due to Interference from someone else’s chime on the same frequency near to your property. Please refer to the product’s instruction manual, for the section on ‘Changing the House Code’. Once you have done this, the random chiming will stop.

Q. How do I programme my timer?
A. Please refer to the timer instruction manual for guidance. On most of our timers you will need to charge the battery back up before changing any settings, set the current day & time and then programme your required 'ON' and 'OFF' settings. This should be done in this order.

Q. What energy saving lamps can I use with my T40S-C Wall Switch Timer?
A. We cannot guarantee all low energy lamps will work but you will not damage the timer by trying. A list of tried and tested lamps is available, click HERE to view the list.
